How do we work?

There are two key stages:

• Strategic Planning
• Implementation

In the planning stage, we facilitate a half-day session where we get to understand exactly what you want. We can then develop a project plan that lays out exactly what we are going to implement, and more importantly, when we will do it and how much it will cost. There is no disruption to your business.

Once our equipment is installed, we collect the data automatically and we work with you to achieve maximum savings. Because the software is web-based, you can choose to let RUMM do all the monitoring or you can give relevant access to staff within your organisation. There are no expensive site visits for you to carry out; you monitor it all from your computer. This means that you can see the changes as they are happening.
